It is really disheartening to read about how much power cps has they have no accountability to any government agency How is this possible in the United States of America that a government agency has so much power

I have read about fight after fight by a parent and most do not recover their children and they are adopted out while many are abused by the foster parents them selves, why is nothing being done is there no one to go up against this giant? Is there no David for this Goliath ??
